All deserve care.
Massage during pregnancy is not a luxury — it is essential support.
Soothing, therapeutic touch offers:
- Nervous system regulation and emotional calming
- Decreased cortisol and increased oxytocin (the bonding hormone)
- Relief from hip, pelvic, back, neck, and leg discomfort
- Improved circulation, lymphatic flow, and swelling reduction
- Enhanced sleep quality, digestion & overall well-being
Pregnancy – Safety & Trimester Guidance
Massage during pregnancy is safe when provided by a trained RMT and adapted to your stage:
First Trimester (Weeks 1–12):
Massage is available after week 12, or earlier with medical clearance. This honors the natural sensitivity of early pregnancy. While massage does not cause miscarriage, we approach this stage with care and caution.
Second Trimester (Weeks 13–27):
As the body changes, massage supports the musculoskeletal, digestive, and lymphatic systems, relieving tension and promoting emotional ease.
Third Trimester (Weeks 28–Birth):
Focus shifts to comfort positioning, pelvic space, and restorative touch to support sleep, mobility, and emotional preparation for labor.
What You Can Expect:
- Belly-safe positioning with pillows and bolsters to ensure total comfort
- Gentle, intuitive massage to release tension in hips, back, shoulders, legs, and feet
- Nervous system-calming techniques to support hormonal balance and emotional release
