How long do I stay in FAR Infrared Sauna?
- The recommended stay before massage in our FAR Infrared Sauna is between 30 to 45 min.
What should I wear?
- Upon arrival, you will receive a Robe for sauna use, please wear your undergarments.
While dressing, undressing and using the sauna you’ll have a complete privacy.
Before, during and after Sauna
- Please do not drink any alcohol and/or ingest recreational substances before the treatment.
Bottled water will be provided with all massage and sauna treatments.
It is recommended to keep hydrated through out the day. It is wise to uptake your electrolytes after using any type of sauna. Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge; Chloride, potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium can be lost through sweat and need to be replaced through diet. They have many important functions; from regulating your heartbeat to allowing your muscles to contract so you can move.
Choose a fruit or a vegetable such as bananas, apples, squash, sweet potatoes which are rich in electrolytes and coconut water is nature’s electrolyte replacement drink.
If you don’t have the time for any of these… Gatorade will do.
What if I feel too hot or in any way uncomfortable inside the sauna?
- Please leave the sauna immediately.
