Face Flow Release is a deeply therapeutic massage therapy treatment designed to release muscular, fascial, and muscle tension held in the face, jaw, and neck. It combines advanced myofascial and intra-oral techniques with intuitive touch and breathwork to support TMJ function, reduce pain, and invite the nervous system into deep regulation.
This treatment works from the outside in and the inside out — helping restore flow, structure, and ease across the cranial and facial systems. Whether you’re holding tension from grinding, stress, unresolved emotion, or post-dental trauma, this session offers space for release and reconnection.
What to Expect
Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:
- External facial massage (frontalis, temporalis, masseter, zygomatic)
- Intra-oral massage (with gloves) to access the masseter, pterygoids, buccinator
- Gentle Mobilization to release tension in the floor of the mouth and support expression
- Oculomotors work to reset stress patterns
- Neck, chest, and scalp massage to support whole-system balance
- A warm, heated massage table to promote comfort and safety
- Use of a heating pad for soothing the nervous system
- A hot towel for the face at the end — bringing calm, grounding, and care
