Pure Flow Massage Therapy – Clinic Policies & Client Information

Welcome to Pure Flow Massage Therapy- Women’s Health supporter. This sacred, home-based clinic is a nurturing and trauma-informed space designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic healing journey. All treatments are provided in alignment with CMTO standards and rooted in care, respect, and presence. 

Please take a moment to review the following policies. They are in place to protect your experience, support your healing, and honor the energy and time we share together. 

Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation Policy 
  • Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Unconfirmed appointments will be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • Cancellations and rescheduling are NOT permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. 
  • If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee as a No-Show Fee. 
No-Show Fee Policy 
  • The No-Show Fee (50%) will be charged to the credit card on file. 
  • If no payment method is on file or the fee remains unpaid, future bookings will not be accepted until the balance is cleared.
Late Arrival Policy
  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. 
  • If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the original scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. 
How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice via:

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

Please complete the intake form before arrival. 

If completed in person, treatment time will be shortened accordingly.

  • Arrive with clean skin (no makeup, please). 
  • Bring your own bottle of water for aftercare and hydration. 
  • Punctuality is essential — your session cannot be extended if you arrive late.
