About Me
Juliana de Lacerda, RMT
Founder of Pure Flow Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapist specializing in Women’s Health,
Supporting Women’s Rhythm, Wellness & Recovery
My practice is dedicated to therapeutic massage for women, addressing the physical effects of stress, life transitions, and the natural rhythms of the female body. Treatments support relief from muscular tension, fatigue, and discomfort in areas such as the back, hips, abdomen, and pelvic region – all within the scope of Registered Massage Therapy in Ontario.
I also provide gentle, clinically informed massage for women undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, including care after mastectomy or lumpectomy. Chest and breast tissue massage is offered with informed consent, always prioritizing safety, comfort, and individualized care.
At Pure Flow Massage Therapy, my work is rooted in supporting women through every phase of life – from hormonal transitions and chronic stress to motherhood, surgery, and recovery.
I have received clinical training from Sutherland-Chan and hands-on experience in a breast cancer care clinic,

I’ve pursued advanced post-graduate education in:
- Post-surgical care
- Scar tissue therapy
- Trauma-informed massage
My treatments are grounded in evidence-informed techniques and delivered within the professional standards of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Every treatment is designed with purpose — to help your body function better, feel lighter, and move with more ease. From supporting recovery after surgery to releasing deep patterns of holding, my focus is always on helping you reach meaningful, lasting results through therapeutic, focused care.
This is your space to be cared for — with skill, safety, and presence.
With gratitude,
Juliana de Lacerda, RMT
