Insurance Claims & Direct Billing

We are pleased to offer insurance claims and direct billing when supported by your insurance provider.

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps: 

Before Your Appointment: 

Contact your insurance provider to confirm the following: 

  • Is massage therapy covered? 
  • Do they require a referral from your primary care physician? 
  • Is direct billing supported for your plan? 
  • What documents are required for processing claims? 

Forms & Information: 

  • After booking your appointment, you will receive a call to complete your intake and insurance claim forms
  • Please make sure to provide accurate and complete insurance information based on your provider’s requirements.
Important Note: 

If your forms are incomplete or missing at the time of your treatment, you will be responsible for full payment at the time of service.

You will still be able submit your claim yourself manually for reimbursement.

Insurance claims are only available for Registered Massage Therapy Services and Sauna if used together with Massage.

Standalone Sauna, Laser Hair Removal Services and Energy Healing Services are NOT covered by insurance companies.
